Selling advertising space in your email marketing campaigns is a great way to earn extra money. Easy To Send customers who are looking to advertise their business will join the Easy Ads Network. Customers who sign up as a seller will have these display advertisements served on their newsletter. Sellers can join Easy Ads at no cost.
There are 2 different ad spaces that you can sell Leaderboard and Skyscraper. Leaderboard is the top horizontal ad that is 728x90 pixels and Skyscraper is the side vertical ad that is 160x600 pixels. These ads, which rotate through our approved ad inventory, are chosen based upon the options you select when selling ad space. We have built Easy Ads with the ease and flexibility to help make it "Easy" for both buyers and sellers.
Selling advertising space is a great and easy way to generate more revenue by serving ads on your email marketing campaign. The little "real estate" that these ads take up on your email campaign can generate large dollars to spend on growing your email marketing budget!
To get started with Easy Ads, simply log into Easy To Send and create an email campaign. Once you get to the Final Checklist page, save the campaign. Click the Easy Ads tab toward the top of the screen. After selecting the appropriate checkbox and filling in your PayPal email address, click Become A Member and you are ready to start selling ad space. Click the big orange Sell button in the middle of the page and view our How-To Guide below on how to create your first ad sell.
Choose your draft or scheduled campaign: This is a drop-down list of all your draftedand scheduled email campaigns. Select which one you would like to sell and serve advertisements on.
Select ad space options: Check the box next to the ad size you want to serve on your email campaign. The preview link provides you with an example ad to see how it would look.
Input CPM and budget pricing: This is the area that indicates how much you want to charge for ad space on your newsletters. The CPM is the cost for 1000 impressions.For example, a $1 CPM means $1 for 1000 ad views.
Enter in your zip code: Enter in the zip code in which you and your business are located.
Select from our business and geographic options: There are 3 tabs to enter in additional criteria that lets us know what type of list you own By Industry, By Location, and By Business Type.
The By Industry tab allows you to select which industry or industries best describes your list and/or business.
The By Location tab allows you to tell us where the bulk of your list resides geographically - by State, City, DMA, Reach, and/or Zip Code. You can also indicate what sort of reach you have, especially if you own an online business that has a reach beyond the local brick and mortar store.
The By Business tab allows you to describe your list bythe 4 business groups we have - Community, Cause, Commerce, and Connecting.
