How do I submit a request to a designer in the Creative Marketplace?

Finding the perfect designer for your business is easy. Simply click on the Creative Marketplace tab and browse or search for a designer based on their ratings, price, and portfolio. Once you find a designer you think works for you, hit "submit a job request".

How do I pay a designer in the Creative Marketplace?

Once you submit a job, the designer will have the option of accepting, requesting more information, or declining the job. If the designer accepts, he or she will send you a notification with the final job quote. Once you accept the quote, your credit card on file will be charged for the full amount.

What if I don't like the final design?

ETS provides unlimited revisions complimentary with each custom design up to the point of approval. If at any point after you approve the design you would like an edit or additional change made to your creative, just submit the job again under the "revision rate". Revision rates for each category can be seen on a designers profile page.
