The Creative Marketplace is a platform for designers and small business owners to meet each other's business needs. Customers who sign up for the Easy To Send email marketing service will have access to the Creative Marketplace, where they can find a designer for hire. Designers who join the Marketplace can obtain additional freelance work with guaranteed profit.
The Creative Marketplace is an easy way to get your work seen by Easy To Send customers. As a designer in the Creative Marketplace, you will profile your work and interact with these email marketing users on design projects. All of the communication and work is done right inside of our Easy To Send platform for an easy and great experience. Once the work has been completed and approved by both sides, you get paid!
One of the many challenges for designers is getting your work out there for people to see. We have built a product that easily allows you to publish your portfolio and collaborate with our email marketing users right inside one platform. The Creative Marketplace allows users to search designers, communicate with designers, and collaborate with these designers on projects.
To get started with Creative Marketplace, sign up for Easy To Send with a designer account. After accepting the terms and conditions and entering your PayPal details, you are now ready to start creating your profile and uploading your portfolio. How It Works Summary
User Details: This is the area where you enter in your personal details, as well as flat rates for email, banner ads, websites, logos, copywriting, and coding.
Add New Work: Designers can upload up to 5 different pieces of work. When you click the link for add new work, you enter in the title, type of work, description, search tags, and upload your image.
View Portfolio: This button, once clicked, shows how your portfolio will look when a user clicks to view your portfolio.
Messages: This is the central communication portal for Creative Marketplace. This screen displays all the messages that you have received, as well as notifications. By clicking on the individual message you can see more details, as well as reply and add an attachment. Please remember that, per the stated terms and conditions of the Creative Marketplace, the messaging module is the only place to communicate with users.
Job Requests: This screen will display the entire pending job requests that users have submitted to you. This screen lists the job name, client name, due date, job type, rate, and job options for Approve, Reject, Archive, or Send Message. You can also search and filter for job requests in this screen as well. The tabs at the top of the window also allow you to view your recent and archived jobs. By clicking on the job name, you can find out additional details about the job.
My Jobs: This is the area of Creative Marketplace to view your existing jobs. This screen lists the job name, client name, due date, job type, status, and related messages. You can filter and also search this page for any job you would like to find. By clicking on the job name, you can find out additional details about the job.
Individual Job: This screen includes 3 detailed areas surrounding the job – Job Name Info, Upload Work, and Job History. The Job Info includes Job Number (unique for Easy To Send's purposes), Client Name, Status, Rate, Due Date, Job Type, and Messages. The Status link is where you will update the job with In Progress, On Hold, or Completed. The Upload Work area allows you to upload your zip files into the project. The Job History shows details, with dates, as to what has happened on this project. Please note that as you update the job and upload your work, the user will receive email updates as to what is going on.
Job Completed: When you have completed the job, according to the agreed upon tasks, go into the job and click the Close button. Once the user approves that the job is complete, Easy To Send will release the funds to your PayPal account. Payments are issued on the first of each month for all jobs completed and approved during the month prior
